Coatings For Aerospace
Mil-Spec Tested For Safety & Performance
It’s Time For Robust Aerospace Systems
Aerospace electronic devices are prone to corrosion damage due to their exposure to harsh environmental conditions such as moisture, salt spray, and high humidity. Corrosion can cause physical degradation of the device components, reducing their lifespan and effectiveness. To minimize the impact of corrosion, it is important to use materials and coatings that are resistant to corrosion and to design the devices to minimize their exposure to these environmental factors.
Why NanoFlowX Is The Most Reliable Solution
NanoFlowX coatings provide a protective layer to aerospace electronic devices and PCBs, reducing the impact of external factors and ensuring their durability and longevity. We can also improve the resistance of the devices to water, salt spray, dust, chemicals, and other contaminants, ensuring their reliability and functionality in demanding weather conditions. If you are an aerospace electronic device manufacturer and want to switch from outdated protective coatings reach out to us below. We are ready to help.
Ruggedized Computers For Flight Control
NanoFlowX along with a defense contractor for rugged servers conducted a continuous 48 hour salt fog test on a server that successfully passed clients’ needs. This enabled our client to have the confidence knowing that their server is built and tested to meet and exceed military specifications for vibration, EMI and EMI emissions, temperature, humidity extremes and more. Overall NanoFlowX was able to increase durability and reliability for the server while still maintaining a rugged and lightweight demand needed for aerospace.
